The British Armed Forces 'The Best' Committee are pleased to confirm that we managed to get not one bathroom suite donated but two for the Lee Rigby Foundation House & Lodge!
City Plumbing Ltd of Redruth kindly donated one suite and JR Flat Roofing UK Ltd based in Cornwall & London kindly donated the second suite. Polyroof Products Ltd of Flintshire very kindly agreed to deliver the suites free of charge. Both suites were loaded on to a lorry at 8am this morning in Cornwall for delivery direct to the Lee Rigby House in Stoke on Trent this afternoon.
This is a very worthwhile cause and one which we were very happy to help out with as we knew the foundation have been struggling to obtain second fix bathroom goods. The House & Lodge are a project by the Lee Rigby Foundation who are working to provide a place of complete peace and safety, where veterans and their families can get away from all the pressures of the outside world, de-stress, and begin recovering from bereavement, or trauma, or both. It is therefore with great pleasure that were able to do our bit and help arrange this brilliant donation worth over £500. Massive thanks to the three companies involved in making it happen:)
